This boat is a 60' semi trad (hull built by Soar Valley narrow boats). The engine is a Beta marine and the windows are by Wesley Windows. This boat is a live aboard, comprising of a 16' lounge area, 9' galley, 6' bathroom and a 12' bedroom before you go through into the engine bay with steps up to get out the rear doors. |

Hull is positioned into workshop and leveled ready for fitting out. |
A special glue is applied to the inside of the hull to bond the Thinsulate insulation |
This boat has got a Beta Marine engine fitted and a Hospital silencer |

The Thinsulate is cut and stuck to the hull making sure every part of the hull is covered, a second layer of thinsulate is then stuck to the back of the wall and ceiling boards |
Houdini hatch a very good way to ventilate the centre of the boat especially on hot days, can also be used as an escape hatch |
Windows are fitted, these ones are cream powder coated by Wesley Windows. |

After all the wiring is fitted the panels can be applied |
Paneling is finished and the tails are all coming through the panels. |

Bed frame is made, this one is a pull out cross bed and houses the hot water calorifier, also the wardrobe carcases are fitted. |
Oak cover strips are glued, screwed and pelleted over all joints in the plywood |
Lounge / Galley finished walls and ceiling have been oiled, blinds and curtains are fitted |
